Reservations

To make a reservation, one nights room rental is required at the time of booking. The balance of the room charges are due upon arrival. No reservations will be accepted without the deposit.

• Your deposit will be returned in full  when we receive your notification of cancellation14 days or more  days Before your date of arrival.

• If we receive  your notification between  2 and13 days before your arrival date, your deposit is returned minus a service fee.

• When we receive your notification of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.  However if the room is re-rented for all the nights you reserved, your deposit will be returned minus the service fee.

• There will be no refunds for an early departure or late arrival unless the room is re-rented for the all the cancelled nights, then the deposit will be returned minus the service fee.

• The service fee is $25.

Minimum Stay Periods

From the start of our summer season thru end of November, we require a two night minimum when staying on a Friday or Saturday night.

We require a minimum of three nights during the periods of fourth of July,  Labor Day Weekend, and the week of Illumination , Fireworks, and Agricultural  Fair

• In the summer season, we will accept one night reservations for Fridays and Saturdays only within the two weeks prior to the arrival date and  subject to availability.

 Children

    We welcome children of all ages.

Pets

    We are sorry that we cannot accommodate Pets.

Smoking

      Our Inn is non smoking  but our guests may indulge outdoors.
